Karen Engel, a Drake University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in education, joined Charitable Giving Resource Center as an Associate in April 2011. She was part of the development staff of the Terrace Hill Foundation for 2 years. Karen worked as a substitute teacher at St. Augustin School for nine years and served twelve years as a flight attendant and emergency procedure training instructor for American Airlines. Karen is a member of the St. Augustin Board of Education and is active in fundraising for the school. She has helped raise thousands of dollars for the school.
