We help both developing and established nonprofit organizations meet the training needs of their volunteers. Charitable Giving Resource Center professionals will work with nonprofit organizations specifically to help attract and retain volunteers, by designing volunteer training programs that appeal to the motivations of volunteers and offer intrinsic rewards to them.
Why train volunteers? Training supports organizational strategy, increases the not-for-profits effectiveness, and aids in the recruitment and retention of valuable volunteers.
Summary of Our Services: Training volunteers; Designing volunteer training manuals; Evaluating the effectiveness of volunteer training programs, already in place or proposed; Training volunteer leaders; and Organizing and Hosting workshops that enhance volunteer skills.
